It looks similar to Serif and Leftist Mono Serif, but they're not quite right, nor Ela.

The font's name is [illegal name removed].ttf - you will easily find it with google, it's a free font.

I don't know that font, but supposing it was, is a big knock-off...

[illegal name removed] is the same as Rotis Semi Serif Bold as Rocamaco shared. I'll just need to make subtle adjustments to it.
